Elbow Jane are firm favourites at Broadstairs Folk Week; on each occasion they have provided us with a wonderful evening's entertainment; well chosen music, superb harmonies and more than a bit of Northern humour. Highly recommended!
Kim Headley - Director Broadstairs Folk Week

Hailing from Merseyside, dynamic contemporary acoustic roots quintet Elbow Jane blend acoustic folk instrumentation with a fresh exciting sound and energy.

Bouzouki, mandolins, guitars, piano and percussion are complemented by expressive vocals and stunning harmonies - likened by some to `Crosby Stills & Nash`.

With a great line in banter the band have toured the clubs and festivals of Britain, delighting audiences and winning widespread friends & followers. The national press have described their music as "utterly infectious" and confirmed them as "one of the top acoustic acts in the country”.

They’ve featured several times on Mike Harding’s Radio 2 programme, and have twice been invited to perform on BBC Radio 2’s Good Morning Sunday programme,  appearing live on the Good Morning Christmas Special.
