The quickest, safest and greenest way to book is online with a card via this link with Wegottickets.
It's very safe and very simple, register your details once and then you can book for all our concerts in the one place. No envelopes, stamps, emails and trips to the postbox required. It's the greenest method as you don't even need to print anything out, just give us your name on the door and we can find your booking reference. Almost zero carbon footprint. They charge 10% for the convenience but by the time you've added up envelopes, stamps and petrol and your time, there's not much in it.
Alternatively - If you are averse to booking online - there's still the old fashioned method.
Check the home page or facebook for availability - it will be updated regularly.
If tickets available - email us with the number and type of tickets you require. Ticket prices are on the individual gig pages, as are door and start times.
Include your full name and phone number, then follow up with a cheque
for the total amount made payable to Folk in the Barn and post to:Folk in the Barn .........?.......... concert
18 Derringstone Downs
Kent CT4 6QE
Please include a stamped addressed envelope so I can return the
tickets to you.
We can handle a proportion of the bookings this way, but it really helps us out a lot if you book online
If you pay on the door on the night of the concert there is a slight extra charge, so it pays to book in advance and helps us to know how many people are coming.

Sat from 2pm Sun from 5.30pm or online 24hours

If a registered disabled person needs someone to bring them to the concert there is no charge for the bringer's ticket, unless that person is a fan and would choose to be coming anyway to see the concert. We leave that to your discretion.
If booking via wegottickets and you need to have a particular seat reserved to meet your mobility etc needs, please contact us and we'll do that for you.
For bookings through Folk in the Barn
If for any reason you cannot use the tickets please let us know asap. The best thing would be if you could try and sell them on yourselves. If this is not possible… and the concert is sold out, up to one week before the gig we will try and resell the tickets and if successful refund your money less £1 per ticket handling charge (to cover phone call costs etc). If the concert is not sold out then we're really sorry but we can’t offer a refund.
In the unlikely event that the concert has to be postponed, tickets will either stand for an alternative date, or in the event of complete cancellation then we will refund your money less a £1.50 per booking handling charge. Any announcements will be made via the Folk in the Barn emailing list so if you’re not a member of that please email us to join for free.
