...please email info@folkinthebarn.co.uk to check availability, include your full name and phone number, then follow up with a cheque for the total amount made payable to Folk in the Barn and post to ...

Please include a stamped addressed envelope so I can return the tickets to you, unless it is within a week of the concert date in which case they will be available to collect on the door.

Cancellation Policy 

If for any reason you cannot use the tickets please let me know asap.  The best thing would be if you could try and sell them on yourselves. If this is not possible…  and the concert is sold out, up to one week before the gig I will try and resell the tickets and if successful refund your money less £1 per ticket handling charge (to cover phone call costs etc).  If the concert is not sold out then I’m really sorry but I can’t offer a refund. Hope that’s fair.

In the unlikely event that the concert has to be postponed, tickets will either stand for an alternative date, or in the event of complete cancellation then I will refund your money less a £1 per ticket handling charge.  Any announcements will be made via the Folk in the Barn emailing list so if you’re not a member of that please email me to join for free.
