Booking

To Book tickets for all CCISC (Canterbury Cathedral International Study Centre / Clagett Auditorium) and Kingston Barn concerts, please email info@folkinthebarn.co.uk to check availability, then send a cheque for the total amount made payable to D Earl and post to 18 Derringstone Downs, Barham, Canterbury, Kent CT4 6QE. Please include a stamped addressed envelope so I can return the tickets to you, unless it is within a week of the concert date in which case they will be available to collect on the door.

For Folk in the Barn concerts at either The Gulbenkian Theatre, The Whitstable Playhouse or The Tower Theatre, Folkestone you'll need to book direct through the respective venues' box office.

Cancellation Policy - CCISC & Kingston Barn

If for any reason you cannot use the tickets please let me know asap. The best thing would be if you could try and sell them on yourselves. If this is not possible… and the concert is sold out, up to 24 hours before the gig I will try and resell the tickets and if successful refund your money less £1 per ticket handling charge (to cover phone call costs etc). If the concert is not sold out then I’m really sorry but I can’t offer a refund. Hope that’s fair.

In the unlikely event that the concert has to be postponed, tickets will either stand for an alternative date, or in the event of complete cancellation then I will refund your money less a £1 per ticket handling charge. Any announcements will be made via the Folk in the Barn emailing list so if you’re not a member of that please email me to join for free.
